Delivery Costs

We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48hr at a cost of £3.90

If your order is over £50, shipping is free and is automated at checkout.

If you need something in a hurry please contact us via email or our Facebook page. We will always endeavour to meet your deadline where we can.

Delivery Information

We make in small batches to reduce waste. Our website header will show the dispatch date for each time period. As we upscale the business, we will be increasing shipments.

Where do we ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, we offer tracking on all parcels except the Letterbox Gift Box. Once your parcel has been sent we will send you a tracking link so you can check on its progress.

What happens if a parcel is lost in transit?

Occasionally, parcels go astray. If the parcel is delivered to an incorrect address due to a mistake in the address provided by the customer, a refund or replacement will not be issued. If a parcel is subsequently returned to us by Royal Mail, we will resend the parcel, but the postage fee will be charged again.

We use Royal Mail exclusively for our postage. We find them the most reliable and they are also ranked as the UK’s greenest parcel delivery company. This is very important for our small business. In the unlikely event, a parcel is lost by Royal Mail, we will assist you in making a claim and ensure your order is replaced.
