2. Products

As all products are handmade, slight variations in colour, appearance and fragrance may occur. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, however minor differences may occur.

All burn times provided are approximate and may vary depending on use and environmental conditions.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Acceptance of your order takes place once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on our website.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website, however delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers or circumstances outside of our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may return unused items within 14 days of receiving their order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles or home fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.

7. Candle & Home Fragrance Safety

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided with our products.

Our candles and wax melts should:

Never be left unattended while in use
Kept away from children and pets
Used on a heat-resistant surface
Kept away from flammable materials

We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse or failure to follow safety guidance.

8. Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products contain fragrance oils which may cause sensitivities in some individuals. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information before purchase.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, product descriptions and branding, remains the property of Arwel Barn Candles, and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Arwel Barn Candles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
