At Arwel Barn, we are commited to customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Damaged or defective items
We offer full refunds for items purchased from Arwel Barn that are damaged or with defects. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damage.
Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong product from Arwel Barn, we will provide a full refund or send the correct item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Change of mind
Refunds for change of mind are accepted on unused and undamaged products from Arwel Barn, and must be in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Email us arwelbarn@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Please include clear photos of any damage or defects. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with this policy. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Sale and custom items are non-refundable.
